Wow What a weekend

Dec 9th-12th
3 Days of shooting at BB
Fri was a wee bit windy, But Steve Bill C Paul and myself had a good time. I took this time to really show Steve around all of BB.
Sat.. Vandy with her eyes newly done had Marry D come out with her, Steve had his family out shopping so he came down, so Did Paul After his flying lesson. We worked on droppers for Paul. Close rabbits for Vandy, Steve did have to work hard on these LOL.
Marry had to borrow Vandy auto as she forgot her gun LOL.
Sunday was the nicest day of all three, I picked up Jim and meet Paul out at BB, we shot some high crosser targets Paul had to work hard on them as he is learning his new Kregoff than we shot Long high crossing targets, that we fun. Brian showed up a wee bit later shot rabbits and overheads for Paul.
Jim was a wee bit rusty after not shooting for some time, but he did fine.
Well off to get the gun racks Jim has made and take them up to BB, and get ready for a week of bad weather

Fire guys look around at Battle Born

Paul Jim and myself :o meet the Fire Dept and Lyon County guys out at Battle Born to in the snow and the wind ;D, the Fire guy put on the Knox lock so make sure that is always locked in when you leave. Paul is sending the the paperwork to Lyon county and than we should be good to go.

Level I this weekend

Doing a NSCA Level I at CHHP this weekend starts Friday till Sunday.

Sept 20this up date

Getting ready to go to AZ State shoot this weekend. Paul and Brian are flying the sm plane Rick Vandy and Myself are going Southwest.
The next few weekends will be busy with the AZ shoot than my Level I at CHHP in Ca and than opening weekend of Chuckar and a Shoot over in Ca than off to Tx for the Nat, home for a week than a shoot for a cure shoot in Hawaii.
Oh and the three shoots in Oct for Shoot for a cure, makes for a fast fall, if I could get winter to go the fast.

Off To the TX state Shoot

We are all getting excited about going to Tx It will be Vandy Brain Paul and Myself. We are going to practice wed night at SH.. I have to get Vandy hitting soft targets, it cost her in KA last weekend and at the Ca state shoot.. Maybe a big stick?

Boy I have been a wee bit slow on posting my updates. I must say I am sorry.
The Ca state shoot was I think a very good shoot.
I set the Fitasc where the 2nd sporting course was last year. I got to use one lay out with pro-matic traps from Brooks who came in from Western Wings i n ID where the Zone 7 will be this year.
The other three layouts where with the old traps they had. I think I did as good as you could do with this old traps.
It seems that the Shooters were happy with the Fitasc was well as the sporting targets which I helped sett.

Shooting

We had a good meeting with the board. They gave us a list on what we need to do for them. The meeting will be in July.. It is getting close.
I think I am going to run over to CHHP to see Dale Tate on Sunday. And to start laying out the Fitasc for the state shoot in a few weeks

This week April 15th

We have a meeting with the County for the use permit for Battle Born Clays. Going to shoot Wed night in Reno.
We are going to head over the hill to shoot the Northern Ca Championship on Sunday. I think Rick C and Steve Y are going with us. I have a lesson after the shoot.
